Delivery Information

We always aim to deliver your purchases safely and on time. Please bear the following in mind.

Dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves the Vault, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

We send all orders with Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery, so every parcel can be followed all the way to your door.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £50: £4.99
  • Orders from £50 to £749.99: £10.45
  • Orders of £750 and over: Free

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the Royal Mail service used. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as occasional delays with Royal Mail, bad weather or bank holidays are outside our control.

All parcels require a signature on delivery, and higher-value orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for extra security. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • Damaged on arrival: please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Keep all packaging and, if you can, take photographs of the parcel and its contents.
  • Not arrived: if your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Your Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. Additional postage may be charged if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or uncollected delivery.
