These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.mlwvaulted.co.uk ("the Website") and any purchases from or sales to MLW Vaulted Limited, trading as MLW Vaulted ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing this Website, placing an order, or selling products to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About MLW Vaulted

MLW Vaulted is a UK-based retailer and purchaser of genuine precious metal bullion, collectible precious metal products and selected collectables.

We specialise in:

• Silver bullion
• Platinum bullion
• Limited edition bullion products
• Graded coins
• Numismatic collectibles

2. Eligibility

By placing an order or selling products to us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally entitled to enter into a binding contract.
• Any information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction where fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other unlawful activity is suspected.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Images may be representative unless the listing states the exact item pictured will be supplied.
• Manufacturer packaging may change without notice.
• Precious metal products may naturally develop milk spots, toning, tarnishing or minor handling marks. These are normal manufacturing or storage characteristics and are not considered defects.
• Dimensions and weights may vary slightly within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
• Limited edition products may differ slightly where multiple identical items are held in stock.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

Unless expressly stated otherwise, every precious metal product sold by MLW Vaulted is guaranteed to be genuine.

Where applicable, products may include:

• Original Mint packaging
• Certificates of Authenticity (COAs)
• NGC or PCGS grading
• Original capsules or presentation boxes

All items are inspected before dispatch.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Prices may change without notice due to market conditions.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine errors occasionally occur.

Where a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order;
• refund any monies paid; or
• offer the item at the correct price.

No contract exists until your order has been accepted and dispatched.

6. Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase we may:

• issue a full refund;
• offer a suitable alternative; or
• cancel the affected order.

7. Payment

Payment must be received in cleared funds before dispatch.

Payments are processed securely using trusted third-party payment providers.

MLW Vaulted does not store payment card information.

Ownership of goods remains with MLW Vaulted until payment has been received in full.

8. Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase.

An automated confirmation email confirms receipt only.

Your order is accepted only when it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where:

• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraud is suspected;
• stock is unavailable;
• export restrictions apply;
• pricing errors exist; or
• we reasonably believe completing the transaction would breach applicable laws.

9. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Dispatch times, delivery charges and services are set out on our Delivery Information page.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Although we aim to dispatch promptly, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Additional postage costs may apply where parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

10. International Orders

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. Should international delivery be offered in future, customers outside the United Kingdom will be responsible for:

• import duties;
• customs charges;
• VAT;
• local taxes; and
• compliance with their country's import regulations.

MLW Vaulted accepts no responsibility for customs delays or charges imposed by overseas authorities.

11. Precious Metal Pricing

The value of precious metals changes continually.

Unless otherwise stated, products are sold at the fixed price displayed when the order is placed.

Subsequent movements in bullion prices do not affect completed purchases.

12. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets beyond our control.

This exemption applies to bullion coins and bars whose price is based on the current precious metals market.

Where cancellation rights do apply (for example, collectables and trading cards):

• you must notify us within 14 days of the day you receive the goods;
• goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us;
• goods should be returned complete and in their original packaging;
• where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or their value has been reduced (for example, a sealed product that has been opened), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

13. Returns

Returned goods must be:

• unused;
• complete;
• in original condition;
• in original packaging where applicable;
• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Where returned goods have been opened, damaged or altered beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce any refund to reflect the loss in value, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

14. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).

Photographs may be requested.

Where appropriate we will repair, replace or refund the goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

15. Selling Bullion to MLW Vaulted

MLW Vaulted purchases selected precious metal bullion products directly from members of the public.

We currently purchase:

• Gold bullion
• Silver bullion
• Platinum bullion
• Investment coins
• Bullion bars
• Selected collectible bullion
• Certain graded coins

We do NOT purchase:

• Jewellery
• Scrap precious metals
• Watches
• Gemstones
• Diamonds
• General antiques
• Base metal collectibles

All purchases are subject to inspection and acceptance.

Any quotation is subject to:

• authenticity;
• condition;
• weight;
• current precious metal market prices.

Quotations may be withdrawn or amended where the item received differs materially from the description provided.

16. Ownership of Goods Sold to Us

By selling goods to MLW Vaulted you confirm that:

• you are the legal owner;
• the goods are free from finance or third-party claims;
• you have the legal right to sell them.

We reserve the right to request:

• photographic identification;
• proof of address;
• evidence of ownership; or
• any information reasonably required for anti-fraud or anti-money laundering purposes.

Counterfeit, stolen or suspected illicit goods will not be purchased and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

17. Payment for Purchased Bullion

Unless agreed otherwise, payment for bullion sold to MLW Vaulted will only be made after:

• receipt of the goods;
• inspection;
• verification of authenticity; and
• acceptance of our offer.

Once payment has been issued, ownership transfers to MLW Vaulted and the transaction becomes final.

If goods materially differ from the description supplied, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw our offer.

Should the revised offer be declined, goods may be returned at the seller's expense unless otherwise agreed.

18. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• logos;
• branding;
• graphics;
• product photography;
• descriptions;
• text;
• website design; and
• downloadable material

remains the intellectual property of MLW Vaulted or its licensors.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLW Vaulted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website;
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or
• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services or products exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific transaction in question.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.

Such provisions shall be deleted or modified without affecting the remaining provisions herein, which will continue in full force and effect.

21. Variation of Terms

MLW Vaulted is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

23. Complaints Handling

We take all customer feedback seriously and aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

If you have a complaint regarding a purchase, sale, or service provided by MLW Vaulted, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team directly at sales@mlwvaulted.co.uk.
• Provide your full name, order number (where applicable), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

24. Force Majeure

MLW Vaulted shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, or natural disasters;
• War, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes;
• Pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, or national emergencies;
• Failure of public or private telecommunications networks, power outages, or extended courier system disruptions.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLW Vaulted regarding your use of this Website and any financial transactions performed herein.

They supersede any previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between us, whether written or oral.
